This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mogu VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees and will communicate relevant changes. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the respective terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible. Mobile carriers may charge data fees when the App is used outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees incurred outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are fully responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to device battery depletion is not covered by compensation. Although we strive to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your usage license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
