This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Mogu VPN (the 'App', 'this Service', or 'we') handles personal information. We collect and use data only as needed to operate the service and protect your privacy under this statement.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, and session duration. To provide more accurate connection recommendations, we may process approximate device location information. This data is used to: 1. recommend routes based on Mogu VPN's node distribution; 2. analyze regional connection quality through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or required communications to your registered email or username. Retention of sensitive information follows this policy.

We transmit only aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis and feature improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except when: 1. required by legal process or regulatory obligation; 2. necessary to protect user safety or investigate fraud; 3. working with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process; after removal, the App will no longer generate new collection events.

User-provided data is kept during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and request deletion of your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect data confidentiality.
